Direct Billing
We do direct billing to most insurance companies. You may be eligible for our services through your own insurance benefits such as motor vehicle insurance, worker’s compensation, or extended health care.
Motor Vehicle Injuries (Auto Insurance)
Since October 2004, the motor vehicle insurance program of Alberta has allowed direct billing through section B insurance.
We direct bill all major auto insurance companies, including (but not limited to): AMA, Allstate, Alpine Insurance, Aviva, Cooperators, Desjardins, Economical, Intact, Johnson, SGI Canada, TD Meloche Monnex, TD insurance, Cooperators, The Personal, Travelers Canada
Workplace Injuries (WCB)
If you are injured at work, the Worker’s Compensation Board covers your first visit (physiotherapy assessment and initial treatment). If your claim is approved by WCB, all follow-up visits are covered by WCB Alberta.
Extended Health Care
If you have private insurance through work, a spouse, or personal insurance plans like Blue Cross or Green Shield, check your plan for coverage details. Most third-party insurance companies cover 80-100% for physiotherapy and massage therapy services.

For eligible refugees and protected persons through Medavie Blue Cross direct billing.
